New agency for former Target creative head

Jenny Smith, formerly head of Target Marketing’s creative group, has launched her own advertising agency, called Ray.

As president and creative director, Smith started her new venture in July, and has already garnered the St. John’s IceCaps, Clovelly and Opera on the Avalon as clients, and its “strategic and creative products” include Newfoundland Liquor Corp., Skincare Studio, the St. John’s International Women’s Film Festival and Wonderbolt Circus.
