“Freddy the Fireball” Fire Safety Videos

Kids are naturally afraid of fire. It’s a scary thing to talk about. But fire safety is one of the most important lessons we learn. To help the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Fire Services reach a whole new generation of children, Ray created a series of animated videos to take the fear out of fire safety.

For Freddy the Fireball, a fun-loving animated fire emoji, things don’t always go as planned. But armed with some solid fire safety skills, Freddy is more powerful than he realizes when it comes to fighting fire (even if he did start it).

Ray worked with Stellar Boar to bring Freddy and his antics to life through animation. Our audio partner, Toast + Jam, made our fire safety tips stick with original compositions inspired by the classic jingle.
