Karen is a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional with experience leading award-winning, integrated campaigns across agency and client environments. With more than a decade in agency and in-house marketing leadership roles, she’s learned that the best work happens when creativity, strategy, and great people collide, making her a great fit for Ray.

She’s directed national and international brand campaigns and has a proven track record of leading integrated, award-winning campaigns and building strong, lasting client relationships. She loved turning complex challenges into sharp strategies, and seeing those strategies come to life through smart creative and strong execution.

Outside of work, she dedicates a lot of her time doing fundraising and collecting donations of food and clothing for Freedom Kitchen & Closet. In 2021 she founded a Holiday Market to support local artisans and raise money for this charity close to her heart.
