A team of 18, we specialize in problem solving and collaborating with our clients by offering them exceptional creative ideas and solutions. After 8 years in business, we are looking for a creative individual to fill a key role on our client management team to help us build on our significant growth, accolades, and awards.

As our Senior Marketing Advisor/Account Lead, you will use your marketing and creative expertise to help our clients solve business problems. You love great creative, and you understand what it takes to help bring an idea to life. Your clients and your internal team will rely on you to provide unexpected insights, develop marketing and communications strategies and campaigns, and manage timelines and budgets like a boss.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a complete understanding of the client’s business including product innovation, marketing challenges, sales/revenue targets, category/industry competition
  • Drive annual, seasonal and long-range planning process on a fully integrated account
  • Provide smart solutions to marketing problems and create opportunities for innovative work
  • A thorough understanding of production processes (video, digital, print)
  • Oversee the flawless execution of effective advertising that is on strategy, on time and on budget
  • Contribute positively to agency culture

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of related marketing experience (agency experience is a plus)
  • Proven strategic skill, experience working on integrated marketing projects including digital and social
  • Strong budget management experience
  • Strong history of managing relationships and business growth
  • Superior writing and editing skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team
  • Ability to travel to client meetings based in other locations
