Our campaign encouraged viewers and listeners to accept the truth and seek the help they need by calling the Unhandy Hotline and letting the non-judgemental customer support teams at Mr. Rooter and Mr. Electric take care of the rest.

The media buy and website supported the campaign with videos of DIY fails, and encouraged people to share their own stories of being Unhandy. All in an effort to let people know that it’s ok to be unhandy. And it’s ok to ask for help.
